Cannot locate "Immortal Syndicate Fortification".

I've been searching the entire coast map for over an hour now, nothing. I couldn't get any useful advice from other players or the official wiki.

Well, assuming that you are of course in Betrayal league, it could be bugged. It seems that if you left the area before completing the quest it becomes all wonky.
Some people say that, after ignoring the quest and continued on, they managed to set things right when they found "tiny" Guff (?) in fortification and killed him. No idea if that works. Anyway, it won't keep you found doing league content, just annoying. |
