Minions can't trigger EE but Malachai's Artifice forces EE as a "mod" for the minion which makes it possible.

How are you guys getting enough Dex for the green gems?

Shavs is fine, skip CI and get Pain Attunment / Arcane vision.

For a 5L = drop controlled destruction.


This build is a clear speed build, it can handle Pale Court & Shaper easily but Elders can be somewhat slow, Uber Elder is not something I'd recommend using this build for at all. Again, it is NOT a boss killing build for end-game bosses.


Regarding the Dexterity, you get them from the rare items, most preferably the amulet slot. Spec +30 if you still need more depending on your gear.

This may be a stupid question, but how do you ensure your golem hits first, so that EE boosts the ice damage? Otherwise, if your orb hits first, you do reduced damage while your golem does higher damage, right?

Malachai's Artifice says that it gives the SOCKETED gem EE, which means only the socketed skill can proc EE

At what level can you comfortably swap to this build and begin using it?
