how are you supposed to obtain older hideout objects such as elreon's copper chest? i would really like to get this for my hideout

By leveling the new masters. A list of decorations can be found here: https://poedb.tw/us/Hideouts. Not sure if it's the one you are looking for, but there's a copper chest unlocked at Niko level 4.
