Tora Unkillable

I know this is a known issue, but just here to report that I spent a Safehouse run all for nothing. First boss Tora was unkillable, I blasted her down to zero within a few seconds and tried killing her for minutes afterwards to no avail. This should be fixed ASAP - or at least Safehouses should be disabled so people don't waste tons of encounters to build up a Safehouse run just to waste it!
