Killed Queen of Despair and Shakari; Quest still active, no skillpoint/pantheon

 https://imgur.com/a/J8wG2Yr I killed both bosses (Queen of Despair twice), but neither the quest nor my pantheon updated and I didn't get the skillpoint.
