Silent-ninja nerf with Soulwrest's drop ?

How is it possible that in previously Delve league this staff was around 1-3 chaos at the start , now this costs minimum above 2 exalts ? Could you explain this, I'm a little confused and angry.........:((

I believe it is because nobody knew how this item would play out in delve. It found its way in a couple of builds and became a little more known.

I haven't really looked on poe.trade since I stick to SSF now but I'd wager there is more demand for the item then early last league.

Items are worth exactly what you can get another player to pay.
