Map device version 2 - flickering name

This was recorded standing still, nothing else happening. Actually the framerate of the gif is low so you can't really notice, but its actually flickering I'd say like 60 times a second.

I confirm the name of the map device v2 is flickering very quickly which is kinda annoying for the eyes.

I too am experiencing the shaking for the new version of the map device. I tried playing with the varying graphics settings and nothing changed it. I also tried changing it to both directx 9 ex and directx 9. Both still had the shaking, though the 9 ex had the name tag floating well above the device.

This reminds me of the text shake that happened on items in the inventory a few patches back. Maybe this a similar bug?

Can confirm it's still happening at this moment. Still not fixed as of January 10, 2019.
