Gear for ice spear totem build?

I'm following Mathil's tree on an ice spear totem build, but there's no gear. Anyone have a link to a good guide on an ice spear totem build?

I wanted to play ice spear totems, yet that spell seriously sucks. Not sure how to salvage the character...

I started as an Arc Totem, since I didn't like Ice Spear on a 3-4 link...

Got lucky and found a Tabula Rasa, so I decided to go over to 6 linked Ice Spear. Every dies fairly quick, but think Arc will still be the strongest of the two..

My gear is pretty bad, besides Tabula, and I've just reached Part 2, so still a good way to go before maps XD

it works great but you need to be like 60 before it works, Honestly I re rolled Templar (for science!) and it feels more defensive. Still this build works, even before I bought the totem shield.
