FPS and Frame Time Spikes

Bump.
I'm loving this league but since yesterday evening I have had crazy bad lagggggg and stuttering.
Makes the game literally unplayable and I die almost every syndicate encounter. Feels really bad.
Please fix this GGG

Sadly the latest Nvidia update did nothing

Yup, same issues here after latest patch. Was silky smooth on release. Spikes to 40-50 on mob pack engage then go back down to stable 60.
Unstable ms too, only on this game so tons of desync happening.

Great "support" this league too, atleast some leagues back I got answers.
Told me to go forums :)

Here is my little input to try help anyone:

You could try repair game (if not suggested), turn on or off XMP in BIOS (game seems to drain a lot of RAM for some reason), update driver or even rollback. Heard of turning off CPU turbo boost feature in BIOS could do something but that is mostly for throttling in heavy CPU games like BFV. Clean re-install of game.
Delete stuff in %temp% folder. CCLean and defrag drives. Trying to turn off Fullscreen Optimizations by going to compatability tab right clicking POE.exe (Unsure about this one, but worth the try).

Or the ultimate fix for this: Wait and pray for a fix soon!

Has anyone tried to turn off Link State Power Management? Latest windows update screwed that up and if you're running an Nvidia card, update the drivers!

I'm having the same issues. Almost every syndicate encounter that lasts longer than 10 seconds, my frame time will jump to above 5000 ms, and my FPS will repeatedly drop from 120 to 0 until I die.

Loving the league, but these lag spikes are extremely frustrating and are making me want to not even engage with the league mechanic, for fear of losing 30 minutes worth of exp.. again.

I'm running on AMD... not Nvidia and had this problem.

Same problem, shame I'll have to quit the league this early because of this. It almost unplayable for me since 3.5, I hope they'll fix this sooner or later.
