I honestly thought people were making a big deal out of nothing, but I tried to purchase a supporter pack just now and sure enough Xsolla "failed" to process my credit card.

Payment failures are typically caused by the credit card issuer failing to authorize the payment. If you call your bank they should be able to make that less likely temporarily.
