Unstarted Private Leagues Can Hold Microtransaction Points Hostage Forever

There is no time limit for created, but not yet fully funded private leagues. Because of this when people contribute points, the points are stuck there forever if the league never launches. Because there is no way to leave a private league on the website, only if the creator decides to eventually delete the league, will points presumably be refunded.

Possible solution: Choose start date and time when first creating a league. If it's not funded by then, the league is cancelled and points returned.

Alternate solution: Forced to choose a length for the crowdfunding period, instead of unlimited.

Or let people withdraw their points if it's been at least 30 days since they invested said points? Treat multiple investments as separate transactions too so each investment has its own cooling off period.

Nullify the cooling off period for existing investments the instant the Private League is funded.
