Returning witch HC League

Hello, I have taken a break from the game for several years and have just reclaimed my account. I had left off with a level 64 HC Dual Flame Totem Witch however with all of the updates and meta changes I'm lost obviously. Can anyone point me in a good direction for a build that I can get back up and running with I realize I will have to respec and gear changing should not be an issue I have currency to spend. However 100- 500 Chaos would be nice from 64 to end game. Thanks in advance.
