Unable to Connect

Hello!

I'm coming from another game and wanted to try out POE as others have said it is awesome! I downloaded via Steam, i've disabled all firewall and AV settings, and I get the dreaded "unable to connect to login server."

I downloaded the WinMTR tool and used the WDC address and here is a link to my results

right away I see latency at two server addresses.

I can play other games just fine online but for some reason POE hates me. I tried to find any information on servers being online but I'm not seeing such information. If they are, then feel free to beat me.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like I'm still having packet loss at one server. The other seemed to have cleared up. I still can't login.

I am having problems logging in too.. And I have been playing for months, so it might be a GGG problem right now :/

yes, so far 2 gateways looks to be down. One of them is Frankfurt so just select an other gateway to login.
