How do veiled mode interact with trading? Are the options tied to a given item or different per player? Is there any way to see what the veiled options are before purchasing an item?

" Not even remotely fucking close, have you been paying no attention? After you find a veiled modifier *once*, that modifier is *craftable*. So you can go essence craft something to a great 5-mod and then craft a new best-in-slot veiled mod on it.
