Can't add spell damage to sceptre.
Vaal Sceptre ------------------------------- 32% increased elemental damage ------------------------------- 47% increased lightning damage Adds 7 to 106 lightning damage to spells 98% increased critical chance for spells +16% to cold resistance +10 life gain on kill --------------------------------------- So i have 1 open prefix and can't add spell damage.
