In about three weeks we'll announce our next expansion and its challenge league. Alongside the announcement we will also introduce a new set of league supporter packs which means that you only have a little time left to grab your Delve Supporter Packs before they leave the store forever.

There are two pairs of the Delve Supporter Packs available in the store, the Stalker and the Forge. Each of the two pairs has different contents, so you can choose whichever one (or both) you prefer. You can upgrade from the smaller one in a pair to the larger one. All the microtransactions from the Supporter Packs are exclusive and will never appear in the store.

If you're interested in getting one of the Delve Supporter Packs but you're not sure you'll be able to get one in time, we'd recommend setting up a payment plan which can reserve a pack for you for up to three months after the commencement of your plan.

Our payment plans are completely flexible as you can pay as much and as frequently as you'd like - just email us in advance at support@grindinggear.com, we'll be happy to arrange the plan for you!

Additionally, if you have purchased any plain points packs since August 9th (PST) you can use this in an upgrade to one of the Delve Supporter Packs! You can credit up to 80% of the value of your desired supporter pack towards an upgrade. For example, if you purchased a $10 point pack you could then upgrade to the Stalker or Forge Supporter Pack for $20. You'd then receive the remainder of the contents of the pack, excluding the points you already purchased before the upgrade.

The Delve Supporter Packs on the Xbox One version will be replaced with the new ones shortly after the announcement of the new expansion and its challenge league. This means that Xbox One users also have approximately three weeks left to grab their Delve Supporter Packs.

Thank you so much for your continued support!

when do the war for the atlas packs leave the store?

We can't confirm just yet, but we're hoping to have them replaced with another set before next year. We'll let you know ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.
I really hope you're not saying our faces would fit right in in Wraeclast ಠ_ಠ

Can you please explain how that payment installments work?

Can I for example buy a pack and pay in 3 installments?

Thanks!

Yes, you can. The number of installments is totally flexible you just have to arrange it with customer support beforehand. Please note that you won't get the perks of the pack until the payment plan has been completed.
