I am just going to say this:
I don't think Controlled Destruction does anything (except for removing CC) for the Phantasm setup. None of the things in there, including Phantasms are spells. Am I wrong? Hi there, according to pob your phantasms have only 80% accuracy (check minion stats), you need to fix this i guess.

Build is now updated for 3.10, however I still need PoB updated before I can double check the skill-trees.
The following changes have been made: Added an oil section to the guide & I contemplated adding Second Wind support to Flame Dash but opted out of it due to lack of sockets in the build.
