Crimson Dance (bleed) question

Does 8 stack of bleed (from Crimson Dance) have an impact on "damage against bleeding enemies" (from Bloodletting)? Or damage against bleeding enemies is the same, no mather how much stack of bleed is applied?

Damage against bleeding enemies doesnt care how many stacks the enemy have, only if it is bleeding or not.
