Vault and Shaper realm bug

in shaper realm when Zana calls you to get inside the shield , Zana appears late , after i die. it already happened two times and in vault map after boss is left with half health(close to half health) , it goes in to t pose and freezes but in reality its just invisible and is dealing damage.
