Gameplay Help and Discussion - i'm a complete failure in this game - Forum

I did two charachter one lvl 94 and one lvl 93 in Delve (one advertised as the best Uber elder slayer) and yet I didnt kill him. 7 set wasted, hope fading.. You´re not bcos only a fraction of all players are able to even reach Uberelder and such bosses. You should rather celebrate it! Are we talking about the archer here? Well all glass canon builds require precise positioning without making mistakes and that´s a problem. It´s not about the build but about practice. Sure you would have easier time with some tanky MS jugg but that´s another story. Just a tip: You should always save two tries for uber-elder serviceman to not waste all set. OP your Scions equipment is ballin you can definitely do Uber with it. However looking at the 2 characters I think your issue is one of mechanics not of gearing you've got them setup perfectly Its just a matter of practice. So you can do one of two things, just brick more sets until you get the hang of it I'd also recommend doing shaper/elder runs by themselves anyway so you really get a hang of their attacks and especially the telepgraphs. alternatively roll a character with a far larger margin for error, you quite obviously have some fair talent at making currency so just roll an RF Jugg or something like that until you get comfortable with the fight. The # of mistakes you can make as RF jugg vs most uber elder killers is absolutely ridiculous, you can ignore half the attacks and the ones that are guaranteed to kill everyone else won't insta kill you so you can recover by jogging in a circle. (elders aoe, shaper slam, any phys hits do vastly reduced damage, balls won't kill you unless you eat all 3 (which you never should), can't be slowed by elder while shaper beams you etc. Good luck! I'm afraid, since the season will end soon, to have no time to do another character ready in time. Juggernaut it's valid choice, dunno why I never used it?!
