Life leech and flask healing stops even when not at full hp.

After getting back in the game a few days ago I've noticed a bug where sometimes her life leech and flask healing just stop, and this will persist for a while everytime it happens. I haven't yet noticed this happening to other characters besides my tornado shot Deadeye, but I don't play much on other characters besides it and my Slayer.

From what I've noticed, it usually happens if I'm leeching a lot at one time. And I think that the game thinks that I'm at full hp, which would explain why it doesn't happen to my slayer.

I've tried with both lockstep and predictive, but the bug happens with both.
