Game no open :(

When I click to open the game it opens and closes already I restarted the xbox ja deletei saved games I did everything but not start it open and close

after the last patch my game opens and closes after 3-5 sec and brings me back to the xbox dashboard no code whatsoever showed.
iam playing on a day 1 xbox x scorpio

reinstalling did not help

hard reset and factory reset did not work either
clearing cache did not help can only see the xbox poe is buged after last patch (other games work fine its just poe)

hope to hear from support soon since i wasted an entire day reinstalling this game :(

after 3 reinstallalation and the secend factory reset it worked
