Broken Instances.

Every since the last patch, I've experience completely broken instances. Log into Oriath perfectly fine, hideout is fine.. tried to do master dailes, all unplayable.

Tried reseting router, deleting cache, I even took my network cable to and put it back into my pc version of PoE, same server works fine.

Then I tried a random map and it worked fine. Tried another map and it was unplayable. Then I started spamming blood aqueduct instances and found that I could create 1 or 2 instances which was normal. Then the next one would be unplayable. Latency would be in the thousands, guy would freeze up for seconds then the game would try to catch up.

I may try re installing the game or something, not really sure what else to do atm.
