Celestial Herald effect

Howdy.

The audio volume for Celestial Herald effect on Herald of Thunder is too quiet - I can only just hear it. And it's totally silent when hitting barrels and crates. Compared to the standard-default Herald of Thunder sound fx it sounds weak.
