Transfer Steam Account to PoE Account

How do I do so?

You just need to add an e-mail address to your Path of Exile account.
You can do this thorugh the website. Click on your account name, then ‘manage account’. “Please understand that imposing strong negative views regarding our team on to other players when you are representing our most helpful forum posters is not appropriate.” — GGG 2022
