looking for a boss killer build

I leveled a heirophant for arc totems
it was good
didn't invest much


that being said, I was looking at a build and started to acquire some gear for Ele hit RAT heiro.


I'm trying to find out, before I waste more money, what is the best boss killer for all end game bosses.


I didn't wanna reroll a char tbh because I didn't have THAT much time but I guess I can if I cannot salvage my level 88 templar some how


Budget = 15ex. give or take.

If you want to do all uber bosses I don't think that heirophant is a good choice. What you want is a rf juggernaut.
