FPS dropping constantly

So my fps plays pingpong between 250 and 30 every second

doenst matter where i am or what im doing, its keeps popping like this
my system is
Win10 64bit
I7-8700k
GTX 1080
16gig Memory
not running on my ssd

i found out that google chrome is kinda responsible for it but i dont know why.
Taskmanager says cpu usage 30% memory usage 59%
if i close chrome my game runs smooth with no more drops.

any one else had similar issues?

Sounds like Chrome's "Software Reporter Tool" - horrible little piece of intrusive data mining shit.

did nothing for me, the problem was not always present, i think it showed up past 1 or 2 weeks now
