Beast Burrow checkpoint cannot complete

I've now tried to move to this Beast Burrow checkpoint in my mine.

I interact with the point to start the engagement, I kill everything and a large skeletal beast is there, awake...and he will turn and look at me, but is frozen. I cannot touch him, he cannot touch me, and therefore the engagement never completes. I logged out...back in, started the delve again to the checkpoint again...same thing happened.
