Constant disconnects on all 3 US servers

Hello,

Ever since the launch of Delve I have been experiencing constant disconnects. Sometimes 5 minutes pass between them, sometimes game stays stable up to 30 min (especially later at night). Sometimes I am able to log right back into the game, other times i have to wait a minute or 2 while staring at the splash screen (usually while it says "downloading" and/or some connection error on the bottom left).

I am located in Canada and have tried all 3 US servers, with similar results. My internet connection is absolutely fine otherwise and I have added all instances of POE to allow it through the windows firewall (just in case, never had to before anyway).

Predictably this makes running later Delve or even Lab nigh impossible at times, and the game somewhat unplayable. This was not happening until the release of Delve. I see a lot of other people posting similar issues, when can we expect some kind of fix to this?
