Mouse jumping over small sections of poe screen

I play in windowed fullscreen, so it's really easy to confirm that this issue is poe-specific. I tab out of the game and my mouse movement is back to normal. This issue has not shown up in any of the other games that I play, either.

On to the issue: At random times while I'm playing, there will be small sections of the screen where my mouse will refuse to go to. It will move back and forth for a couple milliseconds, then jump over the section. This only started happening a few days ago, I've been playing poe since the beginning of Incursion and it never happened then.

The issue typically resolves itself after a little while (or restarting the game, or often even just opening the options menu), but given the random nature of when it appears I am worried it will pop up in a boss fight.

Edit: Right before I left for work today, the bug brought to my attention that these sections of screen are roughly currency sized.
