Azurite III not acessible

Current Depth is 164.
Every encounter is working but Azurite III.

The Cart is just not starting towards the next checkpoint.
Not from up at the mine outpost and not from directly inside the mine.

This is pretty annoying because this blocks 2 paths to the lower levels and I will have to find the long way round.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
