Low Item Level drop in Delve Depth 153

Like the title says. In Delve depth 153 with monster level 75 dropped this thing with Item level 10.

Can’t see item level on linked items. Can you post a screenshot showing item level?

Sorry for late reply. The Delve type was "Frigid Recess - Frozen Hollow (Contains Armor)"

I also had this happen just now. ilvl 10 items dropped in a monster lvl 80 zone.

Delve encounter was a breach (Whispering Gallery, Frozen Hollow, Depth: 235, Monster Level: 80, Contains a Breach).

The low level items dropped during the breach possibly from a 'Chayula's Clasped Hand' (guessing at the name but it was a Chayula breach) but there was also a pack of wolves at that location (non-breach mobs).

Possibly relevant (since mobs spawnd by prophecies have scaled ilvl): I had 2 prophecies trigger just as I started the delve. Text from those are the following:

• A fearsome foe's inner torment spills out into the world.
• An adversary, slain, briefly lives on in the lessons taught to the slayer.
