The Eternal Apple "Cannot Block" is incorrectly implemented

Equipping this shield will disable blocking sure but it does not remove chance to block from the character sheet.
This is not a visual bug since using Cybil's Paw will still increase spell damage. Last bumped on Oct 20, 2018, 12:17:09 PM

You could still block with something else right ? so chances are still there?
