Static Strike Tooltip

Static Strike is not showing Chains in Tooltip.

Static Strike can Chain and be supported by Chain Support and other sources of Chains. (tested with Mjöl)

But even with these the Tooltip is not Showing that it Chains (but it works ingame). The Less Damage Modifier (from the Chain Support) is applied in the Tooltip.
