Dominating Blow and Bleed with Vulnerability Curse and Crimson Dance

So I am using Dominating Blow with Brutality and Herald of Purity. I am also Running with Vulnerability on Blasphemy to have the aura.

Question: Do the minions and I apply bleed when hitting enemies effected by the vulnerability aura? If so, could I take Crimson Dance for the bleed stack?

NVM they do apply the bleed finally ran into a tormented spirit that was fast enough to run away and show the bleed animation!

will test crimson dance soon as I can spec it!
