Trare site doesn't update item index

Some items in my shop thread are not verified (sold over 2 hours ago) but for some reason still listed on search page.

If they are still in your shop thread then they'll stick around for a while on the trade site until they get cleaned up automatically.
You can force them to update by editing your thread. ✮
