Xbox Discord - It's where the community is

Hey peeps, it's a me, Avic. I own and operate the officially unofficial xbox discord for Path of Exile.

We have a community of around 1700 members currently, and are a very active place for you to find info, build help, trading and LFG. We offer many services, events, giveaways, etc. And for you Pokemon fans, yes we have Pokecord.

Many of the developers are active in the discord, as are the tool developers such as Neversink, POB and POELAB fellas.

These forums are a great place for long term discussion, and finding info on patches / releases. However, the discord automatically tracks all GGG posts here and on Reddit and posts them in the discord announcement channel or GGG tracker channel. It's also a much easier place to get immediate response on a question or concern.

Once you have created an account with Discord and verified your email, you may follow this link to join the server. Mind the rules, and READ them to learn how to set your role in the discord, which will unlock specific channels you are interested in.

Very helpful community. good spot to help each other get uber trials done. and an easy way for trading since we dont have poetrade xD

I am new to the game on Xbox and the community built from this discord group is amazing.

A great, friendly community always willing to help each other out. Learned so much from the people there and glad to be able to help the newer players coming up now too.

I'd have to guess members of the discord community. It's a long shot, but that's my best guess.

None of that is anywhere near true or viable. But I guess you'd know that if you were in the discord. You should join, and change your attitude while you're at it or you won't last long. Want more from the devs? They're in the discord. Want better prices? They're in the discord. Want to whine? Not in the discord.

I'm not a big fan of the way he runs his discord. You can't say anything negative about it or you'll be reprimanded without trial. His senior moderator was really nice and open to my criticisms, yet Avic banned me outright because he personally dislikes me.

Not a big deal though, I don't hold grudges, life's too sweet to dwell on small things like this. Just my two cents though, I'm sure there's plenty of fellas who enjoy the discord. I myself am just not a fan of being afraid of speaking my mind.

And just to add onto the 'speaking my mind' thing;
Some of you might know I've been pretty outspoken on my opinion of the state of the game and the developers. Just because you disagree with my opinions does not make me toxic. Oh great, now I'm rambling on too much again, gah!
