Lilly in Act 6 has literally died

So I completed the twilight strand quest and re-entered act 6 town. Lilly was still standing by the ship so I went to talk to her. After talking to her I tried to reload the instance to buy gems from her. But she is gone. Not at the ship, not by the stash. Literally gone. I played through the rest of the act and reached end game, but she still just seems to be dead in my game. Is this a known bug? I've tried everything except a full re-install.

She is missing for me as well. Finished quest, says talk to Lily and she is no where to be seen in town. I had come back to do the quest around act 9 or 10.

Same thing, can't turn in the quest reward for Fallen From Grace because there is no Lilly Roth in Act 6 anymore.
 Also can't buy any gems from her in act 10.  |

Sam here. She's not in A6 anymore. Tho I can buy gems from her in Epi.

Bumped for the fact that same issue here, cannot turn in Twilight Strand quest to her, no lily in act 6 and other acts she won't take it and won't sell me gems.
