Cannot complete Niko's Fuel or Niko's Mine

Both quest tell me to talko to Niko, but Niko doesn't have a yellow question mark or any unused options.

I've completed the third quest, and Niko's Fuel still cannot be completed.

I'm having a similar issue. just with the "Niko's mine" quest tho. Seems to be stuck in a loop of asking me to bring him 30 Azerite

I'm also having this problem... has anyone figured out how to work around it? Considering just making a new character if there's no fix since this one I've barely started on.

Same problem witn "Niko's Fuel". Cannot complete. Have no button for move to Mine encampment from world screen.

Same, Have been stuck with quest no matter the amount of azurite I have

Same problem here. Am supposed to "talk to Niko" but there is no such option (no ! over him either).
Collecting more azurite had no effect. | |
