Trade site mods problem

Specific mods are not filtering out local mods correctly. I'd suggest putting the word "local" in mod descriptions, since you have similar worded mods like boot enchants that add flat damage globally, anyway. It would be less confusing for new players if the game just told you which is local and which are global.

You can see here that I'm looking for a caster weapon with flat damage to spells on it. Instead, I get a result for an elemental attack weapon. (Regardless of whether or not the combination of mods I searched are possible or not.)
