Elder Influence gone after SSF migrate all

Hello guys

Since transfering all of my SSF characters to the standard incursion flashback league, the elder influence has dissapeared from my atlas. Everything else succesfully moved with me, including "the memory eater" quest tracker informing me that I have 2/15 memory fragments and should explore elder influenced maps. This was yesterday and I have run about 30 maps since then, both shaper influenced and regular ones, in hopes that it would simply reapear naturaly but with no success.

Is there something specific I have to do in order to retrigger the elder or is my atlas bugged?
