I can think of some uses for this.
- Loreweave - 5 for 1 - Ancient Orb - Vendor for alch shards |

on a second thought, i guess, with two rings for despair&vulberabilty,
it will serve a good use for lvling your poison/bleed double dot spec throw character far enough to realize that this idea sucked from the beginning.

Its good for leveling some builds, like curse on his poachers mark for the Undeniable Jugg build and so forth. Also maybe good for curse on hit warlords mark for leveling casters.

Giving up resists for a curse? Nah. You might use it if you have really good twink gear, so that giving up a ring isn't so big of a deal... but if you have that, you don't need the curse to level with. So... what's it good for?
