I have a VERY strict loot filter, (Filterblade)

Maybe item level? I don’t know what your loot filter is set to.

Two tier 1 (highest possible rolls) affixes: added cold damage and attack speed. Usable for crafting.

This screenshot is from Oba's Cursed Trove, and the strongbox room at the end is level 84. This pile of loot is from the rare strongbox near the north end of the room. It rolled "+X strongox level" and this axe is likely item level 86-88. Most filters [including very strict ones] pick up item level 86 stuff for crafting regardless of base, but you can modify it to only show high-tier bases at that item level if it becomes bothersome.

this specific item is worthless despite the great roll because the base weapon speed is too low for this type of damage scaling
although getting some other T1 mods, like physical damage + attack speed, would be great even on this base.. so Id certainly want such items to be shown by strict filter sure you can specify your filter rules for each exact base type.. IGN: Eric_Lindros
