Conqueror's Efficiency Jewel missing text in name

Have asked several other players if they have this issue and the answer is always no. I have unintalled/reinstalled the game several times and this still occurs. Have also tried the verify files thing on steam. Doesn't matter if it is in my inventory, quest reward screen, socketed in passive tree, or in stash. I'm sure it's not a big or pressing issue but thought I would report it anyway, cuz it's weird.
