Build opinions

I have just started playing so I do not know much about the game yet. After looking at a few other builds and reading a few threads I made the following build:

My intent was to make a build for using a 2 handed sword. I do not know if this build will work well for that or not. Advice on what is good and what is bad would be appreciated.
