Hi guys, in this guide you will see some good build that has a lot DPS and can be a league starter.

Pros and cons
+ Over 1.5 millon DPS against Shaper + Fast map cleaning + Not very expensive + Can kill shaper in 5 link - not a tank, you have to dodge some damage - Hard leveling because of low dexterity in beginning - I am not sure about hardcore but it should be fine
Mechanics
The mechanics of this build is simple, we convert physical damage to elemental and accelerate the crit chance, ideally we should have 90% elemental and 10% physical.
50% of the damage we convert because of to the other 37% in my case because of

Bandit: Alira Our build needs a lot crit chance, hp and mana for MoM 1-20 points 20-40 points 40-60 points 60-80 points Full tree (with Quests) It may not work before GGG will upload patch on a server so you can check the full tree here

Some info about why we are use Vaal RF and some more
We will activate Vaal RF when we face thr boss, this will increase our damage for a short time, which will help us just to one shot any boss up to T14. You need to control your Arcane Surge mana cost trigger, it's have to be lower than the Orb of Storms mana cost. Before we will get ring with Warlords Mark we can use our herald of ice with Curse on hit and Warlords Mark.
Mods that we don't want to see on maps
- Physical/Elemental reflect - Players are Cursed with Temporal Chains - Players cannot Regenerate Life, Mana or Energy Shield - No Leech - - X% maximum Player Resistances Here some links on Poe trade that will help you to find some good gear for this build

Build still viable?
My answer is YES, it's still viable i fixed the tree in a same way how it was before and BV still good for 3.4 GL in the new league!
