Incursion room upgrade bug

While levelling, I entered an incursion to upgrade the Pools of Restoration. Upon exiting the room and returning to the temple upgrade screen, I immediately noticed that a different room (changed to Gemcutter's Workshop) was upgraded instead of the Pools of Restoration.

Are you sure you didn't just kill the wrong one by mistake?

I forgot to mention that I didn't kill any of the 2 room bosses. Pools of restoration is on the bottom right, but the room that changed was the room that was linked 2 levels up, not the room I had run.
