Game crash while speaking with Alva

So basically i managed to crash the game twice.

All i did it was completing incursion(Twice of them were second tier room becoming third and also clearing left central passage)
So when i complete incrusion and quit from portal before times runs out(killed everyone inside, had no keys with myself), start speaking with Alva and almost instant pressing ESC button and after that the game crashes.
