Izaro teleport to traps crashes the client

I've been having this client crash whenever Izaro is casting his teleport green aura and I leap slam out or in after teleport, I can't really reproduce but it seems it happens when I'm landing on the teleport area just when the cast finishes. This happened at least 4 times and all of them with the same situation (teleport aura finishing and me leaping in). Happened with and without shrine effects on char.

Playing a Juggernaut if character class helps.
