Using wiki gives PoE error (most times)

I browse the Wiki with chrome explorer during game (breaks).
Maybe other url lead to the same error:

Most times I get an error window from poe which changes the poe window from full screen to windowed.
Sometimes I can reset this by poe options but sometimes I get a 2nd error.
After this poe becomes unplayable, some buttons don't work anymore.

A similar error I have sometimes by starting poe when poe starts in background.
It changes then from full screen to windowed too.

I have this error for some months, the two errors in a row are now more often.

Have to write the (first) exception window manually - can't copy text or window.
Can't remember if 2nd exception is the same.
